Terms of service

These terms are between you and Dark Mattr SAS, who operates The Domination Club. If you do not accept them, do not sign in.

There is no public sign-up. You can only sign in if we have added your email address to the roster, and you must sign in with that exact address. Access is personal to you.

Do not share your login, and do not let anyone else watch the material through your account. Sharing access is the one thing most likely to get an account closed, because it takes revenue directly from the work you are learning from.

Tell us promptly if you think someone else has got into your account.

You get the courses granted to your account, and nothing else. Other courses may be visible to you as locked, with a description of what they contain — that is a preview of what is available, not an entitlement to it.

Some courses release lessons in order, so a lesson may stay locked until you have marked the one before it complete. Access may also be time-limited, in which case the end date is shown on your account.

Courses change. We may add, edit, reorder or remove lessons, and we are not obliged to keep any particular lesson available forever.

The videos, written material, templates and worksheets belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own learning and in your own work. You may not copy, republish, resell, upload elsewhere, or use them to build a competing course.

Anything you write into your own checklists and notes remains yours.

Do not try to break the site, get at other people’s accounts, scrape the material in bulk, or reach content you have not been given. We log actions taken on accounts and will close an account being used this way.

You can ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and where a breach is serious — sharing access, or redistributing the material — we may do so without a refund.

Nothing is bought on this site. Purchases happen wherever you bought the course, and the refund terms are the ones you were given at that point. This site only grants and shows the access that a purchase resulted in.

The material is education, not advice, and not a promise of any particular business or financial outcome. What you get out of it depends on your own circumstances and what you do with it.

We aim to keep the site up but cannot guarantee it is always available. Access may be interrupted for maintenance, or by a failure at one of the suppliers we depend on.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid for access in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and if a change materially affects you we will tell you directly. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the law of France, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute. Questions go to info@darkmattr.co.
